At Folkestone Fixings, an omnichannel reseller, I was tasked with improving the e-commerce experience to drive higher Average Order Value (AOV).

I redesigned the Product Listing Pages (PLPs) for each of our biggest selling brands and Product Detail Page (PDP). They lacked clear hierarchy, efficient filtering, and strong product visibility, which made it harder for users to browse and add multiple items to their basket.

I redesigned PLPs for our highest-performing brands, as well as the PDP, using Figma. I improved the layout structure to make products easier to scan, compare, and add to basket, and enhanced the overall browsing experience.

On the PDP, I introduced a bundle feature that allowed users to easily add complementary products commonly purchased together, encouraging higher basket value.

I worked closely with the internal development team to ensure designs were feasible and implemented effectively.
